We're looking for a�Senior Site Manager�to join a busy construction and development business in Cheshire. Within this role, the Senior Site Manager can enjoy progression opportunities, opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities and even more. The first project is set to be a new build school in the South Manchester area.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.

Your day to day will include:

• Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.


• Demonstrate good financial knowledge


• Ensure site records are maintained


• Manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities


• Working on projects valued from �2M to �40M

Who are we looking for?

This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if:

• Previous experience in the Construction industry


• Hold the relevant certifications I.e., SMSTS


• Have experience working on Residential projects, Education, Healthcare and Commercial Projects
