We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent / Auctioneer to join an expanding auction house based in Battersea. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a wide variety of property assets including residential, commercial properties and land across the UK. This is a diverse and fast-paced sales role offering uncapped earning potential, exciting career progression, and the chance to work within a luxury auction office that hosts auctions every 2-3 weeks.
You will be instrumental in generating new stock, optimizing new customer bases, and growing the business through innovative sales strategies and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell a wide portfolio of property assets, including residential and commercial properties, as well as land.
• Generate and convert new business leads and instructions.
• Conduct property viewings and valuations.
• Attend and participate in regular property auctions.
• Drive sales progression from offer to completion.
• Negotiate and close deals with both buyers and sellers.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to promote listings and the company brand.
• Contribute ideas for business growth and customer engagement.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UK property market.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in property sales - commercial experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full sales progression.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and bold personality - a natural people person.
• Highly driven, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
• Experience in working within a fast-paced, commission-based sales environment.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to contribute new ideas for business improvement.
• Strong understanding of the property market and auction sales is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
