Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager required for a leading Building and Civil Engineering Contractors operating throughout the UK and Ireland. They are actively seeking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their existing team for a range of projects across the life science, commercial and education sector. Responsibilities for the Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:Understanding the contract requirements as set out by the tender documentation.Lead the Subcontractor procurement process and ensure subcontractors are appointed correctly. Complete frequent commercial reviews in respect to aspects of cot & value of the project. Work closely with the pre-construction team particularly with the development of tender project programme. And, develop construction logistical plans.Ensuring Site Management are sufficiently trained. Oversee all administrative aspects of the project. Manage and build positive working relationships with the client. Conduct a daily safety briefing. Understand Health & Safety legislation as well as the company H&S policy. Confirm all quality standard are understood by the project team and delivered on site successfully.
