As a Senior Pre-assessment Nurse you'll be responsible for the following:

Maintaining high standards of patient care in line with operational policies.
Enhancing customer service and satisfaction for service users.
Promoting the well-being and interests of patients, employees, and consultants.
Acting as an advocate for junior team members and safeguarding patients.
Deputising for the Sister/Charge Nurse when required.
Providing individualised patient care.
Adhering to NMC and HCPC professional conduct standards.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Pre-assessment Nurse role should have:

Registered General Nurse level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing studies.
Valid NMC Registration.
Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).
Strong clinical knowledge and awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
Basic workload and shift management skills.
Proficiency in PC use, including software and systems.
18 months post-registration experience.
