Oakleaf is delighted to be partnered with an established legal firm in central London in search of a Senior HR System & Pay Analyst to join an expanding HR function. Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, this role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong HR System, Data, Payroll & Reward experience, to continue to grow and develop their career.
The Senior HR System & Pay Analyst responsibilities will include:
Take ownership of the HR System, Data, and reporting (Cascade).
Be the go to person for HR System, Payroll, and Reward queries.
Lead the maintenance and further development of the HR System including trouble shooting and resolving issues as they arise.
Work with and manage the outsourced payroll provider and processes, ensuring data is accurate and calculations correct.
Work closely with the Senior Reward & Benefits Manager. Supporting on cyclical reward and benefits activities including, annual salary and bonus review, benefit renewals and vendor relationships.
Work closely with the IT/Finance/ and wider HR teams.
Produce HR MI reporting, including statutory reporting such as gender pay gap.
Manage and develop PowerBI dashboards in collaboration with IT.
