Role Overview:
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in driving new customer acquisition by building and optimizing cutting-edge frontend features. Your contributions will have a direct impact on business growth, and you'll work with a talented team that values innovation, autonomy, and making data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize scalable frontend solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, and Microfrontends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical execution with business goals, focusing on increasing ARR.
Lead frontend architecture and design discussions, ensuring performance, scalability, and user experience.
Innovate proactively, driving new features and improvements that enhance the customer experience.
Make data-driven decisions, using metrics and analytics to guide feature development and iterations.
Contribute to a culture of autonomy and accountability—embrace the philosophy of “ask for forgiveness, not permission.”
Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices, applying them to create cutting-edge solutions.
