Senior Finance Assistant - The Role:
To Compile and produce financial reports for the business, support the Finance department in managing the financial transactions of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
Purchase Ledger / Sales Ledger / Cashbook / Expenses processing
Credit control
Variance and cost analysis
Assist Finance Manager to prepare monthly management accounts
Assist and train Finance Assistants
Contribute to budget planning and forecasting
Provide cover within the finance department
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
General Areas of Responsibility:
Carry out all duties and responsibilities to the company standard within the timescales required.
Maintain compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
