Senior F&B Assistant

The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking for a full-time Senior F&B Assistant to
take ownership for the areas within your responsibility supporting the F&B management team at all times, focusing on presentation standards, customer service excellence, revenue generation and profitability
Your Key focus will be:
To provide seamless and effective service, supervise and manage the F&B assistants' actions.
Assist in educating new team members about appropriate protocols, menu knowledge, and service standards
Based on workload and staffing levels, assign duties to the team, such as setting up seating, taking orders, and serving customers
Engage with customers to make sure their eating experience lives up to or beyond their expectations; respond politely and professionally to any problems or grievances
Manage the reservation system, making sure reservations are accurate and making the best possible seating arrangements to fill the restaurant to the fullest
Communicate any particular preferences or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff in order to ensure prompt preparation and delivery of food orders
Accurately and quickly process payments from visitors, including accepting cash and credit card payments
Oversee closing tasks like inventory replenishment, cleaning, and financial reconciliation to make sure the restaurant is ready for business the following day
To develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments in the hotel.
To ensure that all Licensing Laws are adhered to
