Job DescriptionMain ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the EUC Manager to design and implement new systems, evaluate existing performance, and help plan for future requirementsManagerial or senior team lead experienceProvide 2nd/3rd line technical support for company users on back office systems and desktopsAdminister servers and core equipment, including managing user accounts, end-user equipment, servers, and network infrastructureMentor and support the upskilling of the existing EUC team in the infrastructure environmentCoordinate with colleagues, group company services, and third-party providers to ensure business services are delivered promptly and reliablyUtilize technical skills and experience to resolve new or unforeseen problemsProject manage proposed changes and new implementationsTravel to other company sites to assist in project implementations or problem resolution as required, including new hardware installations or upgradesFluent in written and spoken EnglishStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with business managersExtensive experience providing 3rd line support for corporate infrastructure systems in a multi-site organization (500+ employees)Proven experience in supporting Microsoft software and server systems, including upgradesSolid understanding of hardware virtualization, particularly VMwareFamiliarity with Cisco network products, including IOS configurationIn-depth knowledge of IP networking, including routing and securityExtensive experience with Cisco WiFi technologiesDesirable RequirementsFamiliarity with Cisco family of network products. Using Putty for switch AdminExperience in McAfee, SCCM, IvantiKnowledge of Mobile Device Management solutionsExperience with scripting and IT automationExperience with latest versions of Citrix XenAppQualificationsLP1C, MCSA or similar level certificationDesirable - CCNA certified
