Senior Change Manager (Nuclear/ Defence)

A Central Government Authority specialised in Nuclear/Defence activity is looking for a Senior Change Manager with strong experience working in highly secured environments, to join a project for 18 months with hybrid working in Reading

Experience and Skills

• Demonstrable experience of delivering people / location Project Management Change in large, regulated industries.
• Expert stakeholder management skills - communication & interpersonal skills.
• An excellent understanding of operating models, their development & implementation.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
