About the Company:Senior Authorised Person – Leeds (Electrical Installation project)I am current recruiting for a SAP to join my clients project in Leeds, this is a contract opportunity but there is a lot of work ahead and likely if your happy a move onto other projects. The role will be working on a £250m power project for the main EPC contractor. My client is an industry leader storming the market and growing at an exponential rate, it really is an exciting time to get involved and carve out a path for the future.Responsibilities:Demonstrate the highest levels of Health and Safety and be a leading example in all aspects.Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS) & Safe Systems of Work in relations to electrical.Responsible for workers under your control, ensuring a safe environment and having confidence to stop work if needed.Oversee installation of the HV switching equipment (11kV or higher in special circumstances) and LV switching equipmentOversee the energization of the equipmentResponsible for switching operations on the HV and LV switch gear and boards supplied by HZI and HZI ContractorsQualifications:Qualified Electrical Specialist with either a degree or equivalent qualification.Experienced as a SupervisorSMSTS or similar site safety qualification.Oversee the energization of the equipmentResponsible for switching operations on the HV and LV switch gear and boards supplied by HZI and HZI ContractorsIf you’re interested and would like to progress with an application, please apply for review.
