Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Gloucester, Berkeley
Hourly Rate: £11.72 - £12.78 per hour
Annual Salary: £20,941.30 - £22,835.30 (Term-Time Only)
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week

What we're looking for:
We're searching for an enthusiastic individual with experience working with children, particularly those with SEN. Whether your experience is voluntary or paid, your dedication and desire to make a difference are what matter most.

Key requirements:

  • SEN experience (Highly Desirable)
  • Experience working with children (paid or voluntary)
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Your role:
In this role, you'll support students in 1:1, small group, and whole-class settings, helping to create a calm, positive environment tailored to each child's needs. You'll play a key role in delivering interactive, engaging lessons and activities, fostering each student's potential.
