Academics are growing. We are doing so based on a long standing legacy and a length of service from the Halifax office which is not matched by any competitors. Over the years we have supported all school types in Calderdale, Kirklees and Bradford, including Mainstream and SEN specific settings. Academics are now recruiting specifically for the SEN sector, be they schools that are SEN in their own structure, or mainstream schools that have a specialist provision attached. We have actually been supporting children in a multitude of mainstream and SEN settings for over a decade - we now have a specialist team to help us be better and manage the complex needs of our clients.
As we grow as a company it is imperative that we maintain a high level of standards. We will endeavour to show the same level of compassion and pride in the new SEN desk as we have across all of our west Yorkshire supply desks.
We are looking for people with a real drive and enthusiasm to make a difference. Specialist experience is always desired but not essential as having the right personality and drive within this environment is often the biggest factor in making a difference in a student's education. Gaining hands on experience can be the best way to grow your own knowledge base and further a career in a nurturing environment.
