An experienced Scrum Master is now sought by a leading Organisation based in Birmingham. As the successful Scrum Master, your role will include:

Developing solutions for new and existing platforms
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives and reviews/demos)
Mentoring, coaching and teaching engineers as an expert in scrum and agile best practices.
You'll be collaborating with your Product Owner and the development team to shape the product vision and roadmap
Essential experience required for the Scrum Master:
Proven Scrum Master from within technology and application delivery
Strong IT / technical knowledge, able to communicate with technical teams
Exceptional project management capabilities
Proven supplier and vendor management
Previous mentoring and continuous improvement of agile processes
Degree educated or have worked within the education sector
It would be beneficial to have experience of working with ServiceNow, On-Prem and SAAS data rich applications.
As the Scrum Master you will need to attend site at least one day a week and will be offered a starting salary of £55,000 - £60,000 plus exceptional benefits including generous pension and annual leave.
