School IT Network Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Network Manager to lead the IT services in our school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in maintaining and developing our IT infrastructure, ensuring a seamless and secure digital learning environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain the school's IT network, servers, and hardware
Ensure cybersecurity measures and data protection compliance
Provide technical support and training to staff and students
Manage IT budgets, software licenses, and procurement
Develop and implement an IT strategy to support teaching and learning

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in IT network management, ideally in an educational setting
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365), and networking protocols

Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and implement effective solutions
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Understanding of safeguarding and data protection regulations
