The Role
The role of HR Advisor is hugely important within the Trust and the School. The individual will help bring to life our People Strategy by playing an instrumental role in providing generalist HR support to the School. They will be involved in employee relations queries, including, supporting the School with first and second tier disciplinary, capability and grievance procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, pre-employment checks, payroll administration, as well as maintaining and updating the School’s Single Central Record and HR systems.
We are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and employment will be subject to references.
