What You'll Do as a School Caretaker:

  Ensure the security and daily opening/closing of the school site

• 
  

  Complete routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs (basic plumbing, painting, carpentry)

• 
  

  Conduct regular health & safety checks, including fire alarm testing, water hygiene, and risk assessments

• 
  

  Oversee cleaners and liaise with external contractors when needed

• 
  Support lettings and occasional evening/weekend access

Manage site supplies and assist with stock ordering and basic record keeping
