Responsibilities:

Our client, a prominent aerospace and defence industry player, is seeking a skilled SAP Specialist to join their team. As an SAP Specialist, you will be responsible for building and testing Workday integrations, advanced Workday HCM report writing, and supporting broader testing initiatives. You will also assist in system enhancement tasks and play a pivotal role in end-to-end IT documentation, from conception to hyper care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and test Workday integrations and advanced Workday HCM report writing
• Provide Workday configuration support and conduct unit testing
• Collaborate with the business on testing initiatives and assist with system enhancements
• Act as a main point of contact, representing the organisation in high-level business meetings
• Troubleshoot Workday issues, investigate and resolve problems
• Implement Workday integration objects and build Workday dashboards
• Facilitate Workday Community engagement

- Preferred: Experience with SAP HR HCM integrations and knowledge of SAP HR HCM functional modules

- Preferred: Understanding of Agile & Activate methodologies in project execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of Workday experience, with expertise in integration support & enhancement
• Proven experience in advanced Workday report writing and housing implementation
• Strong knowledge of Workday Studio and API integration
• Familiarity with Office 365 Apps and Reporter Writer tool in Workday
• Experience in integrating third-party benefits, payroll, and allowances tools
• Awareness of reporting tools is an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
