Salesforce Support Consultant required by fast-growing Salesforce partner consultancy.
This is a superb opportunity for a technical Salesforce professional with great long term career growth prospects.
This role will see you work within the managed services team and you will be responsible for supporting clients who have gone live/onboarding onto Salesforce, supporting their orgs, solving issues and problems, debugging and troubleshooting technical issues. This is a role where you will be liaising with client stakeholders so strong communication skills are required and you will manage tickets (3rd line), assist customers with onboarding phases and help them drive success with their applications, offering technical advice, enhancements and changes. Longer term you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the Salesforce/CRM pillar within Managed Services and grow a team.
To be considered you will be a Salesforce professional with strong hands-on technical skills. You will ideally have a background in application support (3rd / 4th line) and will have supported implementations and deliveries.Technical skills are important here, so whilst some project management and functional skills are useful, the core work will be technical.
Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration and a proven track record of successfully designing and implementing Salesforce customisations.
Proficiency in Salesforce development tools including Apex, Lightning Web Components and SOQL
Basic understanding of JavaScipt
Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and best practices
Understanding of Integration (Web Forms/Sites to Applications)
Expeirence of ticketing and PM solutions (e.g Jira, Trello, Freshdesk)
Basic MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong and confident client facing communication skills
Salesforce Certifications (e.g. Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I)
Most importantly, you need to bring a can do attitude, want to learn new things will be highly customer focused.

This role offers lots of flexibility but you may need to visit the office in London and/or Surrey on occasions. Being located within a short commute of those locations is preferred and there will be plenty of scope to work remotely when not in the office.
