Sales Support Administrator
My client is looking for a Full Time Sales Support Administrator to join their team.
Within the role you will provide advice and support and carry out administrative duties on behalf of the company in order to ensure an efficient and effective service whilst maintaining their outstanding reputation.
Placing orders for clients from account managers
Answering phone calls and taking orders
Handling and resolving client-based issues
Discussing and following up with the depots and logistics to manage clients' expectations
Processing estimates and conversing with clients
Taking payments and processing credit's
Email communications
Phone communications
Ordering office-based supplies and organising
Managing and handling our CRM system/database
Having knowledge about the products and the services we offer
Preparing reports
Preparing documents on Microsoft platforms
Skills Required:
Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
Polite and level manner
Ability to work in a team and singularly
Driving license or ability to commute - non-negotiable as role is fully on site
Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm
Friday 8:30am - 4pm
