Sales Manager

A rapidly expanding manufacturer of plastic products is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with expertise in injection moulding solutions to join their team.

With a strong and growing pipeline of orders and the capacity to take on additional clients, this well-established company, operating across multiple UK locations, offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit team of Sales Managers. You'll play a key role in nurturing existing accounts while driving new business growth.

***Up to �40,000 + Commission (OTE �50,000-�60,000)***

As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and developing new sales leads, while expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Driving market awareness and increasing sales through proactive direct and indirect marketing initiatives.
• Preparing detailed quotations and determining final sales prices.
• Providing regular customer support and management, including onsite visits.
• Expanding the sales database by actively sourcing new prospects through a variety of strategic activities.

To be successful in the role of Sales Manager, the ideal Candidate will:

• Have experience selling moulding services and products.
• Have a good knowledge of Injection Moulding processing and the tooling involved.
• Have an engineering background with a relevant qualification.
• Be able to generate quotes/estimates.
• Be able to operate autonomously and possess excellent business acumen including good negotiation skills.
