JOB TITLE: Sales Executive (Northern Ireland initially and then expanding to cover ROI) REPORTS TO: Sales & Marketing Manager LOCATION: Hinch Distillery Field Based BUSINESS AREA: Sales MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Drive sales and lead the growth of the brands in our critical home region of Northern Ireland. Be commercially astute in all areas of the role to impact the growth of the brand. DEPARTMENT STRUCTURE: Sales & Marketing Manager Sales/Commercial Managers Sales Executives KEY WORK RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: Marketing & Brand Team Sales Team Finance Manager Production Team External: Distributor Sales Teams Distributor Marketing Teams On Trade Outlets Off Trade Outlets KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Responsible for delivering the Northern Ireland sales targets as agreed with the Sales Director. Day to day market and distributor management. Calling on premium on and off trade outlets, ensuring distribution, visibility and pull through of Hinch brands supported by promo activity Liaison for distributors with central functions on all brand related requests Responsible for managing A&P in the market and providing transparency on A&P activities. Responsible for checking invoices and ensuring timely payments. Consistent high-quality reporting of market performance. Assist the ISD with the 25/26 Market Planning. People and Culture The Northern Ireland Sales Executive plays a key role in the team directly managing the business in our homeland. As well as delivering on the KPIs the SE needs to be our Local Hero by inspiring and enthusing others with their passion and knowledge of the brand and the category. They need to work through others by educating and building relationships with distributors and retailers.
