£23,000 + Commission (£52k OTE)
Hours: 40 Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and 9am - 5:30pm on Rotating Basis

The Role of The Sales Administrator:
Due to expansion within our team we are looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual who is sales orientated but also has good customer focused experience to join our Sales and Support Team in Manchester.
Initially the position will be an administrator role, keying on leads, data inputting and answering customer enquiries, the successful candidate will need to be able to use their own initiative and work well as part of a team
Responsibilities and Duties of The Sales Administrator:
* Dealing with incoming enquiries which will involve building detailed knowledge of the different types of surveys we offer
* Inputting leads from e-mails onto the sales system.
* Data inputting/cleansing information and inputting into main database
* Good organisation skills essential for the role
* Working through emails into the sales inbox and dealing with any queries in regards to sales
* Creating reports and checking the dialler data
* Working through dialler and cleaning up and rectifying issues
* Good Telephone Manner needed and some dialling may occur as part of the role
* Working towards SLA and KPIS on a daily basis
* Comfortable as working with the team or as an individual
Your Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in delivering world class leading service
A strong desire to learn about the Surveying industry
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to recognise problems and areas for improvement
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to meet and exceed performance targets in line with monthly goals set and agreed
Experience of building relationships over the telephone
