Sales Administrator -

Our client is a small but growing online retailer with a friendly and supportive working environment and an office dog!
The role: To produce, track and manage paperwork for the sales team. This position is a key role in coordinating the delivery of service excellence to clients working in conjunction with primarily the sales, but also the accounting team.
Communicating with the sales team regarding invoicing requirements
Flagging issues to the sales team; both from cross-checking paperwork and external communication
Raising circa 150 sales invoices per month in Sage for clients
Raising POs on our internal admin system to correspond with the sales invoices
Managing amendments across the different systems - Sage and internal system
Dealing with any sales invoice or purchase order queries that occur, or escalating where necessary
Filing relevant accounts paperwork e.g. credit card receipts
Communicating with both the sales support and accounts teams on any relevant issues Required: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and will be confident in working with figures. Sage is a bonus but not essential.
Salary is dependent on experience
