Job Summary

My client is looking for an experienced and skilled roofer to join there team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Domestic roofing, with expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs. As an experienced roofer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of our roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Roof Installation: Install new roofing systems, including shingles, metal, tiles, and flat roofing, following industry standards and safety regulations.
• Repairs and Maintenance: Assess and repair existing roofs, addressing issues such as leaks, damage, and wear.
• Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of roofing systems to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Project Management: Oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and provide expert advice on roofing solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing, with a strong background in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs.
• Skills: Proficiency in using roofing tools and equipment, with a solid understanding of roofing materials and techniques.
• Certifications: CSCS Card
• Licenses: Drivers License Ideally with no points
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Work Environment

• Location: South East London
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
