Rgn (Registered General Nurse)

Swanstaff ltd are looking for an experienced Registered nurse to join our client in the Bromley area. Working an initial 10 weeks through Swanstaff, you will then transfer over to become a permanent member of staff with them.

The succesful candidate will be working within a college who support 16-22 year olds with high medical needs and learning disabilities.

Main duties:

• Asses,plan, implement and evaluate nursing care that enable the students to live as independently as their disability allows.


• To develop, implement and elvaluate nursing care and health action plans


• Liase with GP's and other healthcare professionals�


• Maintain safe medication storage�


• Record all incidents using the incident recording system

Requirements:

• 2 x years as a RGN is essential


• Willingness to learn new skills


• An enhanced DBS check is essential


• A car�driver is desirable�


• Be an effective team member�
