Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global business in the sports and leisure sector who are seeking support from a Senior Reward Analyst for a period of six months. This role joins a team and will support on a job levelling project to ready the business for growth over the next few years. The business are facing a period of exciting change as they become listed on the NYSE. The role is based in Leeds and will require less than one day a week in the office.
What is the role?
As a Senior Reward Analyst, you will support all aspects of the Group Reward team function through the creation, analysis and management of reward and MI data. In particular, you will support on a project to grade, level and benchmark roles across the function. You will ensure sufficient information has been submitted, request missing information, add data to trackers and undertake a first level review. You will arrange meetings and prepare organisation chats, role matrices and other materials needed to support the project. You will also complete day-to-day reward tasks such as handling related queries and support the annual salary and bonus review processes. You will build and maintain a knowledge of local market environment and trends that may impact talent acquisition and retention.
