The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the regulatory approach for the company, while offering day-to-day support in ensuring the development and launch of products meet all compliance standards.
You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners, liaising with the Responsible Person and regulatory bodies.
This role is central to the NPD Team, maintaining strong links with brand, marketing, prescribing, engineering and operations teams.
Who we're looking for:
+ A degree in a relevant field such as Cosmetic Science, Biochemistry, Biology, or Law.
+ 3-5 years of experience in a regulatory position within the cosmetics or personal care sector.
+ Strong ability to identify and manage risk, and effectively communicate these to stakeholders.
+ Skilled in processing large amounts of data and transforming it into clear, actionable plans.
+ Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
+ Confident in representing Regulatory Affairs, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
+ Experience in collaborating with external partners to gather evidence for regulatory decisions.
+ Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, and willing to go beyond your defined role when needed.
+ Commercially aware and curious, with a proactive approach.
+ Experience with pharmaceutical regulations is a bonus.
+ Familiar with PIF reporting and CPSR process.
Your Salary & Working Setup:
+ Salary: �38,000 - �50,000.
