We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead a dedicated team within a well-established elderly care home in Holbeach. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of healthcare professionals
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines

• Manage budgets and resources effectively

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
• Proven leadership experience in a managerial or senior nursing role
• Strong understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
