As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient group. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individual care plans while supporting patients' mental health and wellbeing in a safe and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with mental health conditions, maintaining high standards of care
• Assess and evaluate patients' mental health needs, creating and reviewing care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
• Support patients with daily activities, promoting positive mental health and recovery

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration
• Previous experience in mental health nursing
• Must have an up-to-date PRICE / Safety Interventiopn (M.A.P.A.) certificate or a blue card
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
