About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. The role suits someone who is passionate about making a difference in a solo setting and ready to shape a safe, supportive environment for a young person with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
