What’s on Offer:

£33,000-£38,000.
25 days’ annual leave + 8 bank holidays.
Additional pay for on-call duties.
A supportive, dedicated office team of three. 
Registered Care Manager Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations and care delivery, reporting directly to the Director.
Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and other key stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and local engagement.
Create and oversee personalised care plans, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of care staff.
Ensure full regulatory compliance, including accurate and up-to-date care documentation.
Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of the Care Act and CQC’s regulatory standards. 
Registered Care Manager Requirements:

A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or live-in care.
Hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
