Regional Commercial Manager – Wound Care - North West/West MidlandsOur client is a rapidly expanding major player in the medical device marketplace in the UK. They are renowned for some of the best in-class products the market has to offer and have exiting growth plans for the next few yearsDue to a change in strategy for the UK business, they are looking to appoint a talented Regional Commercial Manager for their above-mentioned territory.As a requirement of this role you will be expected to develop and implement a commercially biased market access plan, identifying strategically who will be the focus in terms of customers and specific points of contact e.g. Medicines Management, Procurement and Clinical Specialists.This role has a business development focus to it, so you will be required to grow their unique service offering across all appropriate sectors as well as manage any existing relationships that have been established. You will also be someone who can analyse and interpret healthcare data (HES, IMS) in order to identify and prioritise high priority accounts across the territory. Some of the key customers will include Medicines Management, Associate Directors of nursing, Hospital Procurement, Senior Service Managers, Pharmacy and Procurement Leads.You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders to understand their clinical needs, and then adapting the companies service and product base to suit. A thorough understanding of the changes within the NHS, as well as the challenges and the opportunities within the therapy area, will be essential to the success of this position.To be considered for this role you must have recent experience within Medical Devices (Wound Care specifically) and have a proven track record in a relevant sales/market access/BDM type role.
