Location - Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter)
Salary - Realistic First Year Earnings £28,000 - £30,000
Overview:
Due to continued expansion and success First Military Recruitment are excited to be opening a Birmingham office, we are looking to hit the ground running with an experienced recruitment resourcer to join our growing team in the area. Successful candidates will have some experience in searching for relevant CVs and admin support to busy consultants. They will also have excellent communication and organisational skills and have a desire to succeed in a target driven support environment. The successful candidate will be supporting busy desks with many long-term and established clients.
This is not a sales role.
Job Role:

• Proactively search job boards and LinkedIn
• Advertising and managing vacancies
• Shortlisting suitable candidates
• Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience
• Basic initial interviews

Essential:

• Experience of working within a Recruitment Agency - desirable
• Previous experience resourcing for roles in a permanent environment
• Experience using a variety of recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn & major job boards)
• Confident communicating at all levels
• Able to cope with pressure
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to prioritise
