Recruitment Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Leeds. This role offers the chance to develop a strong client and candidate base across Leeds and surrounding areas, with a focus on delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full 360 recruitment role, placing temporary or permanent workers in the Road Haulage, Industrial, and Distribution sectors
• Proactive business development, including sales and cold calling, to win new clients
• Arrange and attend client meetings (both online and face-to-face)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs
• Manage client accounts to ensure high service levels and satisfaction
• Write and post job adverts across online job boards and social platforms to attract top talent
• Source, screen, interview, and reference check candidates
• Match suitable candidates to client vacancies
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule

Person Specification:

• Demonstrable success in business development and sales
• Strong account management experience
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Confident communicator with the ability to sell at all levels
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Articulate, enthusiastic, and professional in approach
• Strong communication and administration skills
• Self-starter with ambition to progress within the recruitment industry
