Role Overview

• Learning the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates to placing them in roles
• Speaking with candidates and clients daily
• Writing job adverts, screening and registering candidates
• Creating candidate availability lists and updating the database
• Building long-term relationships with clients in the Logistics & Transport sector
• Supporting business development and account management activities
• Taking part in the On-call Rota - 1 Weekend per month

What We're Looking For:

• A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ambition to grow and succeed in a target-driven environment
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or logistics
