Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 Basic
Commission Up to 40% with no threshold
Fully Remote switching to hybrid in 2025
Early finish at 2 pm every last Friday
Eligible for company shares after 4 years of service

The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, money-motivated, and creative individual to join our start-up as one of our founding recruiters. In this role, you’ll be building your own desk from early stages. You'll engage in relationship building, database management, lead generation, contract negotiation, and networking.
We understand that the business development aspect of recruitment can be challenging at times, so we provide exceptional AI-driven tools and processes to streamline your work.
Our approach to KPIs, we have targets in place, but we see them as guidelines rather than strict rules and in an ideal world, they’re not something we want to be “policing”. We understand that building a desk from scratch requires busy business development phases as well as periods focused on candidate attraction. Therefore, we'll adjust the KPIs to reflect these shifts and support your success.
For this role, we also have some specific asks:
Minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience
A passion for sales
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
360 agency experience
A strong business acumen
