We are working in Partnership to with our client an E-Commerce business to recruit several Scheduling and Real Time Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis. This roles will be based at their head office near Wetherby in North Yorkshire.
They work with an existing portfolio of clients which is growing year on year - this includes sports & clothing retailers to charities.
As a Scheduling and Real Time Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
Working as a team to manage the company call queues using their internal system which is used for the Contact Centre
Alongside the team, manage all workflows across various parts of the business
Monitor real time productivity and communicate trends to relevant parties/internal stakeholders
Carry out re-forecasts from 2 weeks in advance to on the day, mitigating issues and reporting potential service breaches
Monitor, maintain and report on agreed staff hours shrinkage levels, making changes to mitigate any variances to plan
Building schedules and optimising them ensuring demand is met whilst achieving a balance of people and business interests
In time, hold regular schedule review meetings with all relevant stakeholders
Collate and analyse data from multiple sources to create and circulate meaningful MI reports
Advanced/strong intermediate Excel skills and knowledge (essential)
Ideally you will have previous experience using Power BI to produce reports
Strong numerical ability
Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ideally experience in a Real Time or Resource Planning role (even just a few months)
Excellent ability to communicate with a range of people

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (experience dependent)

Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)
Location: Full-time office based for first 4-6 months in the role, post 6 months this can become a hybrid role with 1-2 days working from home (apart from in the companies peak times, during this period you would need to be in the office everyday.)
