SELF EMPLOYED REAL ESTATE AGENT - KENSINGTON
Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a forward-thinking real estate brokerage who specialise in postcodes such as Notting Hill, Holland Park, Kensington, Chelsea, South Kensington and Knightsbridge. They are searching for a real estate agent to join their team. This role will suit a highly motivated agent who is looking for an opportunity to join a vibrant office with a focus on The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Duties/functions of the role:

• Help manage, and continue to obtain, properties of a suitable quality and in sufficient quantity to achieve agreed business targets; this includes implementing each respective marketing campaign(photos/brochures/advertising/PR) etc
• Help manage, and continue to find, buyers and negotiate the sale of properties Understand the various Global Markets that HNWI's are active in; important to quickly develop a general understanding and have a sound knowledge of all aspects of property values, and market movements, together with a keen awareness of local competition
• Research data accurately and present this information in writing to a high professional standard
• Communicate fully with all concerned to ensure that sales are managed in an efficient and professional manner; weekly reporting
• Maintain a high profile in the Global Markets in order to obtain introductions to prospective clients
• Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the firm
• Be responsible for all outstanding monies in relation to properties sold

Requirements of the role:

• 2+ Years experience in an estate agency role
• Experience of the Prime and Central London Property Market
• The experience, ability and enthusiasm to make and maintain contacts for the profitable development of business
• To have an empathic understanding of different cultures, and their respective nuances, that impact how we implement our day-to-day business
• Dedicated energetic sales professional with experience of a sales agency environment
• The ability to contribute to the formulation of business strategies with the Managing Partner for the development of the sector and implement them positively
• A willingness and flexibility to travel, when needed

Salary budgets: Commission only 50-70% DOE, OTE £250-350K.
Required working hours: No set hours due to this being a self-employed role however agents are strongly encouraged to work from 8:30am to 6pm Monday-Friday.
