Our client, a prestigious Contractor who specialise in property are currently recruiting for a new Quantity Surveyor to join their established team.
Location:
Swindon
Remuneration:
�45 000 - �55 000 per annum plus car / car allowance & benefits
The role:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on varied exciting property projects from new builds to elaborate extensions.
Requirements:
- JCT Contract Experience
- Ideally Site experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
