Quantity Surveyor

Clearfield Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a multi award-winning main contractor who are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor for an ASAP start. You will be working on a diverse range of projects across London and Greater London, covering the residential, commercial, and leisure sectors. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cost planning and control throughout all project stages


• Prepare and analyse project budgets and cost reports


• Conduct detailed risk and value management assessments


• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors


• Monitor and manage procurement processes and contract administration


• Ensure projects meet legal and quality standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field


• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the residential, commercial, and leisure sectors


• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and project management


• Proficiency in relevant software and technology


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills


• MRICS accreditation is desirable
