Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a medium-sized construction consultancy known for delivering high-quality cost management and quantity surveying services. With a strong presence in the industry, they are looking to expand their Leeds office with an experienced Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will manage project costs, prepare detailed estimates, and ensure financial efficiency throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee post-contract services, including cost control and final accounts.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 3 years' consultancy experience
• Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

On offer for the Quantity Surveyor:

• Salary �35,000 - �45,000
• 26 days annual leave plus public holidays
