In this role you will work alongside another quantity surveyor where you will manage all aspects of cost control, including valuations, planning, cost management, and reporting for the construction projects. You'll work closely with project teams to maintain financial accuracy and optimize cost efficiency in their Wandsworth office. To be considered for this role you must be a great communicator, have strong analytical and numerical abilities, have experience in the UK residential construction industry, along with the relevant quantity surveyor skills.
