Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established Dryling & Plastering Contractor based in the South West.�

Due to growth, they are currently looking for a�Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their team based out of the Bristol area.�

Potential candidates will require to have proven knowledge in quantity surveying & estimating as will be taking on projects from estimating stage right through to site completion.

�

Duties involved include:

• Producing quotations


• Offer cost saving options


• Procure plant and materials for jobs


• Produce monthly reports


• Work on price changes on live jobs


• Build relationship with suppliers and clients

�

Candidates will require to have:

• Educated to A-Level (candidates with suitable degrees given preference)


• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft packages


• Proven Quantity Surveying


• Great communication skills


• Ideally some Dryling or Plastering knowledge (not essential)
