A leading and long-established estate agents in Salisbury is currently looking to strengthen its Lettings team with the appointment of a Property Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of existing properties and to help the firm continue to grow.
Offering a salary of £24,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience, plus excellent benefits package including annual company bonus, workplace pension, plus regular social events including staff BBQs/outings and a Christmas get together.
As part of a friendly and hard-working Lettings team, your role will be to deliver high quality management services to properties within your portfolio, making sure both Landlords and Tenants receive the very best service. Responsibilities will include taking on new properties, matching tenants to properties, viewings, carrying out property inspections etc, together with associated office based administration.
This is a permanent full-time role working 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, based at the company's buzzing Salisbury City Centre office.
The Property Manager position will suit an upbeat, assertive individual, ideally with experience in the lettings / property industry however this is not essential.

- Excellent administrative skills, with good IT skills and attention to detail
- Outgoing bubbly personality with ability to negotiate and work with a wide variety of clients
- Full driving license required
