Dove and Hawk are thrilled to be working with this Property Management Company has are looking for a Property Liaison Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Organising key collection from Apex's office in London to carry out daily appointments.
Confirming check-in and check-out appointments via telephone and email with tenants, colleagues, and councils.
Compiling detailed reports to document interior and exterior condition, contents, decor, fixtures and fittings and all appliances.
Completing all reports on-site and downloading reports for colleagues immediately after completion.
Check all appliances are in working condition.
Identifying urgent repairs and informing Apex's property management team of any required action.
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and councils in a professional manner both via telephone and emails.
Taking meter readings, alarms check and equipment serial numbers in all properties at the time of check-in and check-out.
Arranging pre-pay utility meter top ups.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 Year as a Inventory Clerk Experience
