Adecco are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Administrator for a fast paced holiday rentals company based in the Whitby Town Centre. You will be supporting with organising the maintenance and rentals of a number of holiday homes in the North Yorkshire area.
The role will include:
Communicating with customers and contractors to organise upkeep and repairs of properties.
Liaise with managers and property owners to keep them informed
Liaise with new property owners
Supporting with the office administration
Provide information on property services
Working on Microsoft 360, Outlook and Excel Working 35 hours per week including 1-2 Saturdays per month.
