PROJECT MANAGER | CONSTRUCTION | WINCHESTER

A fantastic regional main contractor are seeking an experienced Project Manager for an upcoming project. The Project Manager will be leading a �10m care home in Winchester reporting to the Contracts Manager from cradle to grave.

Project Manager:

• Site based in Winchester


• 18 month project from start to finish


• Working alongside Contracts Manager, QS & Design Manager


• Traditional build


• Salary negotiable dependant on experience but as a guide �80-85k


• Package includes car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday etc

The Project Manager will need to have:

• Care home construction experience


• Experience delivering �10-20m projects


• Strong main contracting background


• Longevity in previoius positions
