Project Manager

Exciting Project Manager opportunity in Central London for a specialist joinery, washroom and drywall company.

About the role of Project Manager:

Working on commercial fit out projects valued around �1 million, with a focus on joinery, dry wall or washrooms.

Responsibilities for Project Manager:

• Acting as No.1 on site working on projects, from procurement to hand over
• Communication with main contractors
• Day to day Client interaction
• Ensuring programme is run and delivered

Requirements for Project Manager:

• Experience working on commercial fit out projects
• Experience working as a Project Manager at a sub contractor
• Joinery experience
• 3 - 5 years experience
