Exciting Project Manager opportunity in Central London for a specialist joinery, washroom and drywall company.
About the role of Project Manager:
Working on commercial fit out projects valued around �1 million, with a focus on joinery, dry wall or washrooms.
Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- Acting as No.1 on site working on projects, from procurement to hand over
- Communication with main contractors
- Day to day Client interaction
- Ensuring programme is run and delivered
Requirements for Project Manager:
- Experience working on commercial fit out projects
- Experience working as a Project Manager at a sub contractor
- Joinery experience
- 3 - 5 years experience
