Job Title: Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out

Area to be covered: Central London & South East
Location: Central London
Remuneration: £45,000 -£65,000neg
Benefits: car allowance up £500 OR company car & full benefits package
The role of the Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out will involve:
* Project Manager position managing the project through to completion for a range of commercial fit-out projects
* Regularly liaising with Site Managers to monitor progress
* Carrying out site surveys
* Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
* Liaising with the design team and amending quotes as design changes
* Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
* Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
* Producing H&S documents for new projects
* Co-ordinate and plan the site managing the programme all the way through to competition
* Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
* Working on projects ranging in value from £10k to £150k
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out with:
* Must have Project/Contracts Management experience within the commercial fit-out market sector
* Must have dealt with fit-out companies, dealers and large end users
* Must have contacts within the London & South East region
* Ideally have in depth knowledge of interior spaces and products such as: furniture office furniture, seating, acoustics, partitions, glass partitions, panelling systems, flooring
* Must have experience using Microsoft Projects and CAD
* Full UK driving license
* Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects / problem solving attitude
* Good time management skills, focused and customer service orientated
